Main productive platforms here are Novokuybyshevsk lubricant plant and plant in structure of Angarskiy Petrochemical Company as well as Moscow Plant "NEFTEPRODUCT". Total yearly capacity of the above mentioned plants is equal to about 600,000 tons including 460,000 tons of lubricants. Company also owns Neftegorsk and Otradny gas refinery in Samara Region with total capacity of 1,8 billions of cubic meters of gas yearly.
SIBUR — the biggest petrochemical company of Russia and Eastern Europe with full branch coverage from gas processing, manufacturing of monomers, plastics and synthetic rubber up to production of fertilizers, tires and plastic processing. SIBUR is vertically integrated company where gas processing capacities totally supply petrochemical production with own raw materials.
Company manufactures more than 2000 production items. Turkmenbashi Refinery – which is the leading enterprise of the whole complex and flagship of the downstream oil industries of Turkmenistan has been constructed in extremely short time (autumn 1942 – spring 1943) based on the equipment of evacuated during the Second World War Tuapse refinery. First shipments of Turkmen gasoline had been produced and sent to the front on June 5, 1943. From this datу started the history of establishment and development of the plant and its staff. In more than 65 years the refinery grew and changed its skin.
The refinery entered ХХI century - golden century of Turkmens – as completely renewed and capable to manufacture high-quality and competitive production as per world standards.
Today Turkmenbashi Refinery is a miniature of Turkmen economy of golden century. It is a concentration and practical realization of all those fundamental strategic priorities of social and economic development of Turkmenistan for the first decade of new millennium. Being a source of stable export earnings for the state refinery strongly contributes the economic growth of Turkmenistan in total. Nowadays it produces up to 25% of total industrial production of the country.
Shurtan Gas Chemical Complex is located in South-Eastern part of Uzbekistan (Gouzar Region of Kashkadaryinskaya Oblast) in desert zone of Karshin Steppe. It has been based on gas condensate field of Shurtan. Legal form is unitary daughter enterprise of Joint Stock Company "UZNEFTEGASDOBYCHA" which is part of "UZBEKNEFTEGAZ" Holding.

ОАО "Bashneft" is a vertically integrated oil company based on the biggest energy companies of Republic Bashkortostan. Company is included in top 10 enterprises from the point of view of oil production and in top 5 of oil refineries. ОАО "Bashneft" realizes its production in Russia and export it in Eastern and Western Europe, Kazakhstan and Ukraine. More than 21,500 people are employed by company's enterprises.
Company possesses licenses for more than 170 oil and gas fields in Republic of Bashkortostan, Khanty-Mansy and Nenets autonomous okrugs, Orenburg oblast and republic of Tatarstan. Within the regular auditing made by Miller & Lents as of 31.12.2010 96,6% of Company's reserves as per АВС1 classification have been assessed which provide 98,5% of daily production. Proved reserves as per PRMS classification have been assessed at 1,911,600,000 barrels. Total audited reserves of the Company (with probable and expected) are assessed as 2,947,200,000 barrels. Thus, Bashneft's availability of proved reserves reaches 19 years. 166 fields of the Company are in production stage.
Total production of ОАО "Bashneft" together with daughter enterprises (ООО "Bashneft-Dobycha", ООО "Zirgan", ООО "Bashmineral", ООО "Geoneft") in 2009 was equal to 12,230,000 tons in comparison with planned 11,750,000 tons. Comparing with 2008 oil production has been increased by 522,000 tons or by 4,7%. In 2010 ОАО "Bashneft" retained its leadership between Russian vertically integrated oil companies in regards of production growth rates (15,6% by production of 14,100,000 tons of oil.
